Submission Policies

JTDS practices anonymous peer review for all submissions. Authors should complete a submission cover sheet for our internal tracking purposes, but remove all references to identity in the manuscript. Each submission will be forwarded to two anonymous peer reviewers for comment and recommendations, and these will be communicated to authors by JTDS editors.

All work should be original and previously unpublished. Submissions based on research should include discussions of approach, methodology and analysis, and when possible, research data should be made publicly available. Successful approaches as well as those that were not successful will be considered.

Submissions are licensed through an Attribution-NonCommercial-Share Alike International Creative Commons license – please see the link at the bottom of the page for details.

The Journal of Teaching Disability Studies aims to provide all content in formats that are accessible to all potential audiences. Work that incorporates a range of multimedia formats should take access into account. Detailed Style guidelines, ethics guidelines and accessibility guidelines are available on the submissions page.
